We Aim to provide a healthy school lunch to every student in our partner schools every weekday, all year long.
Teaneck, NJ
202 chapottin students + 372 students from Trois Mares,
send their THANKS!
Our team based in Teaneck, New Jersey worked very hard and raised nearly $65,000 by collecting shoes for ————- . by selling popcorn, and by asking former packathon donors and volunteers!
This amount will cover the cost of locally purchased rice, beans, and vegetables to serve the students meals five days a week for the entire 2026 year.
North Shore, MA
210 children send thanks
from St. Louis d’Haiti for another year of reliable school lunches, Thanks go to the hardworking team on the North Shore of Boston who raised $37,589, by hosting their first ever silent auction, _______ and by asking friends to contribute again. It was fabulous fun and allowed former packers and donors a chance to keep supporting Haiti.
Thanks to those who gave auction items, cash, talent, and time. What great work you did!
Gallatin Valley MT
190 Bois Negresse students say
“Thank you, Gallatin Valley!”
With your help we raised $26,017 for rice, beans, and vegetables to ensure all 190 students in Bois Negresse, Haiti can enjoy a school lunch for 190 school days plus 43 summer camp days through 2026. Thanks too to those attending our Gala Haitian Breakfast! In addition to helping the children, provisioning the meals in Haiti will help local farmers and markets there.
In 2025, we pivoted from packing lunches to funding lunches !
The money arrives by secure electronic transfer without delay and without endangering our partners in Haiti. Provisioning locally actually helps Haitian farmers and marketers in addition to the children! We are excited to know we can keep meals going to the children through 2026.
UNICEF reports :
1 in 8 children are now internally displaced in Haiti
Over 500,000 children have been forced from their homes.
Half of Haiti's population experience acute hunger.
The meals we packed in recent years are providing emergency relief for children, widows and families displaced within Haiti. Unfortunately, danger on the roads prevented us delivering them to our partner communities.
Local to Chapottin, this market sells everything needed for school lunches
